Grama Panchayat

The Nenmanikkara Grama Panchayat, with a proud history spanning over five decades, is set to acquire a modern administrative complex equipped with contemporary facilities. Recognizing the changing needs of the times and placing strong emphasis on development, the Panchayat is moving forward with a major infrastructure enhancement project.

The existing Panchayat building, which is more than 50 years old, currently serves as the operational hub for several departments, including the Panchayat Office, Shopping Complex, Treasury, Kudumbashree, Village Office, Agriculture Office, and ICDS. To ensure the continued functioning of these essential services, a portion of the existing structure will be retained while a new building is constructed alongside it.

Designed to support the comprehensive development of public services, the proposed building will have a total area of 14,000 square feet. The new two-storey complex will provide improved infrastructure, enhanced accessibility, and a more convenient working environment for both Panchayat staff and the general public, reflecting the Panchayat's commitment to efficient and citizen-friendly governance.
